tell him you will take him to small claims court, then do it if he still won't give it back. It's cheap to file, and usally things are settled within 2to 3 months. Don't let him keep your stuff.How to get things back from your ex?
If you get no where the nice way,
just show up @ his house with an officer.
That way you can file a report if he doesn't have it or what not.
You can always threaten (then follow up with, if need be) legal action. That should give him the kick in the pants he needs to return your belongings.
i would go to his house bang at his door and say im going to call the cops to get it back if you dont.
Why don't you send one of your friends over to get it?
